Orders and delivery

How much is delivery?
UK Standard delivery is £4.99 and UK Express is £6.99. Delivery to the EU is £14.99, and to the rest of the world £23.99. You'll see the exact options and prices at checkout.

Is my order packed discreetly?
Yes. Nothing on the outside of your parcel says what's inside.

Can I order a wig in a custom colour, length or style?
Yes. Send us a custom order enquiry and we'll confirm the details, price and lead time before we start. Custom orders can't be returned for a change of mind, so please check your details carefully.

Returns

Can I return my wig?
Yes. You can return it within 14 days of receiving it if it's unworn and unaltered: not cut, styled, coloured, washed, glued or bleached, and with the lace uncut. Please send it back clean and in its original packaging.

Can I try it on?
Yes, briefly at home, as you would in a shop. Wear a wig cap, try it on clean, dry hair, and don't use make-up, hair products or adhesive. A wig that comes back worn or marked can't be resold for hygiene reasons, so we may reduce your refund.

What if my wig arrives faulty?
Email us with a photo as soon as you can. Within 30 days of delivery you can return it for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Read our full returns policy.

Wigs and care

What's the difference between your ranges?
All our wigs are human hair. The D Series is our 20-inch premium balayage range, the E Series is our 12-inch premium balayage range, and the Classic Collection covers our everyday bobs and mid-length styles.

Can I style human hair wigs with heat?
Human hair can usually be heat styled. Use a heat protectant and a moderate temperature to keep the hair healthy. Remember that a styled wig can't be returned for a change of mind.

Hair loss and alopecia

Do I need a diagnosis to buy from you?
No. Anyone is welcome to shop with us, for any reason, at any stage.

Which wig is best if I have hair loss?
Many people start with a length and colour close to their own. Human hair looks and moves naturally, and a lace front gives a soft, natural-looking hairline. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you choose.

My scalp is sensitive. How do I keep the wig comfortable?
Wear a soft wig cap underneath. It helps the wig sit comfortably and stay secure. Check our sizing guide so the fit isn't too tight.

Can I get a wig through the NHS?
If your hair loss is caused by a medical condition or treatment, you may be able to. Ask your GP or hospital team. Charities such as Alopecia UK also offer information and support.

Is my order private?
Yes. Everything you share with us is kept private, and every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging.
