Hair loss can happen for many reasons, including alopecia, medical treatment, stress, hormones or genetics. However you've arrived here, we want finding the right wig to feel calm and simple.

Choosing a wig

• Human hair looks and moves naturally and can be styled, so it's a good choice if you want versatility.
• Comfort matters. If your scalp is sensitive, a soft wig cap underneath can help the wig sit comfortably and stay secure.
• Start with a familiar style. Many people find it easiest to begin with a length and colour close to their own, then experiment later.

Your privacy

Everything you share with us is private and handled with care. Orders and returns are packed discreetly, with nothing on the outside to say what's inside.

Other support

If your hair loss is new or changing, it's worth speaking to your GP, who can help find the cause. If your hair loss is caused by a medical condition or treatment, you may be able to get a wig through the NHS, so ask your GP or hospital team. Charities such as Alopecia UK also offer information and community support.

Do I need a diagnosis to buy from you?
No. Anyone is welcome to shop with us, for any reason, at any stage.

Can I return a wig if it isn't right?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and unaltered. You're welcome to try it on briefly at home over a wig cap. See our returns policy for the details.
