By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

3. Our products

We sell human hair and synthetic wigs, hair extensions, and related accessories. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and natural variation in human hair. Product descriptions specify density, lace type, and length as accurately as possible.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide estimated delivery times at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, for a full refund. See our Returns Policy for full details, including important exceptions for hygiene-sensitive items such as wigs.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our logo, brand name, and original text, belongs to Real U Wigs UK and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
